This hotel development is a partner oriented project. With a large scope of work, the project is divided into two. I am responsible for the interior of the all day dining, guestroom corridors and the 288 hotel guestrooms.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Chinese influenced contemporary Asian Style with traditional Asiatic elements and a hint of playfulness and ethnic style. Simplicity of form will be key like geometric shapes and symmytry. Combination of natural materials such as wood, stone and metals will be used.

TYPICAL GUESTROOM CORRIDOR PERSPECTIVE VIEW
Simple and elegant with a mix of classic and contemporary style. Brightly lit wide corridor creating a neutral entrance into the more stylized rooms.
TYPICAL TYPE K AND DD GUESTROOM FURNITURE LAYOUT PLAN
Warm and cool colours are used in combination with warm materials such as wood, and cooler materials such as porcelain. The open vanity combined with full glass showers creates a spa like atmosphere.

The 1.5 bays King and Double Queen guestrooms are the standard rooms of this hotel. A focus on symmetry, using 8 wooden panels on either side to bring luck to the hotel and visitors. Lines of symmetry are followed along ceiling design to create a cohesive look.

PRESIDENTIAL LIVING/DINING PERSPECTIVE VIEW
This space is chic and dignified, linear features such as the ceiling design create a spacious feeling. All main features of the room are placed near the large windows to allow easy access to beautiful scenic views of the beach and ocean. Mirror ceiling finish continues to open up the space.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE FURNITURE LAYOUT PLAN
The Presidential Suite opens up to a large foyer with artworks. Walking into the suite, we have living dining and a piano area visually separated with area rugs. With this open concept design and a large entertainment area, guests can host events right in their suite.
